Heba Al Shehhi
Heba Al Shehhi was selected as the PMOGA's World PMO Leader of the Year winner for 2023, and as Head of PMO for Dubai Municipality she led them to win consecutive global awards as the Best PMO of the year in 2021 and 2022. She's also President of the PMOGA UAE Community Hub under the umbrella of the PMI, aiming to provide a platform for all PMOs to connect and share knowledge.
Heba holds a master’s degree in Project Management, and has 18 years of experience in the government sector, focusing on PMO establishment, PMO operations, portfolio and project management, municipal business development, benefit realization and strategy execution.
